A little help please.
Hi everyone. Time for a new Pam and I'm having trouble deciding. 42mm is the size for me and I already had a 392. I like both the 523 and 535. Really like the steap and the dial on the 535 but GMT feature is not a big deal for me. I like the thought of a white dial on the 523 because all my other watches are black dials. Straps dont really matter because I can always change those up. Thoughts?

My dad gave me his Rolex today
It seems like just yesterday I was sitting in my dad's office after getting picked up from school and him opening a box and showing me his new Rolex Submariner. I had remembered him talking about wanting one for a very long time and he was very proud of it. I was impressed by the watch and was really happy for my dad; that was 30 years ago. Every time I saw him wearing it, my appreciation for Rolex watches grew and I knew that one day I would have to get my own. I eventually grew up, graduated from college and earned enough to buy my Anniversary Submariner in 2007. I have worn it almost every day since I purchased it, except for the time it was getting serviced or I was doing an activity that could damage it. With a steel sub as the only other piece in your collection which would you opt for? Or is the answer simply to wait for a possible in-house movement in 2018 for the AP or a ceramic bezel on the Daytona? This is not a personal dilemma I am just curious what everyone would go for :).
