IWC IW371402 wrist watches news:
A few days ago, watches-dealer (formerly aBlogtoRead) hit the 2,500 posts milestone. It was only about a year ago that we celebrated our 2,000 posts milestone - with that really cool graphic I so enjoyed. In the last year a lot has happened over here at watches-dealer - it still feels funny using the new name as it is less than a month old at the time of writing this. During that time I have been interviewed in a lot of places, referenced in some major magazines and publications, and more or less sort of went mainstream. One reason aBlogtoRead as a name was retired was because the site for years now really hasn't been the niche watch lover blog for horologists only, but something a bit larger.Typically, this would be the time when someone in my position would thank everyone involved, say it has been amazing, and promise you all sorts of cool stuff for the future. The more I read that stuff the less it sounds sincere. Of course, everyone involved in the site such as our developer, Krist
Hello,This is my first post here and essentially I am seeking help before buying my first Hamilton. The seller of this watch is not sure what model it is and I was wondering if anyone could help ID it. It has a Valjoux 7750 in it with a date complication. The difficulty I am having is that the watch is supposedly 2 years old, but I cannot find any recent Hamilton models, with a 7750 inside of them that, that don't have BOTH a day and date complication. I should also mention the case back is not see-thru and it came on a bracelet. He has a strap on it right now.Any help is appreciated,Thanks!Ray C

Folks,I suddenly have the opportunity to add an Aquanaut 5164 to my collection. I currently have a 5711/1a. If you were in my shoes, would you get the 5164 or would you go for another Nautilus, say a 5712r or a 5980 or 5726, and why? Thanks for any advice.
About a year ago, due to some personal family expenses I had to sell my BLNR. I regretted for a good while until 2 weeks ago when I bought a sub c date. A few days ago, I get a call from a trusted seller who I had done business with in the past telling me there¡¯s a BLNR available. He offered me a trade proposal for my sub and after a while, we came to an agreement. I didn¡¯t want to pass up on the BLNR because it¡¯s super hard to get at an AD without waiting a good while.
