- Watch out for this watch. We received it and the back would not stay locked onto the watch. It is a curved back and did not match the curve of the watch.

IWC IWC 20367 wrist watches news:
Tutima is a brand we've talked a little about here at worn&wound. We looked at the history of the brand here, and pined over the Grand Classic Chronograph UTC here. We've always liked the tool watch aspect of the line. While the brand is remaking itself and offering some more refined models in conjunction with their move back to their historic home of Glash¨¹tte in 2011, they haven't forgotten their military roots. The venerable German brand can trace those roots to 1927. During World War II, the brand made something of a name for itself when it was one of a handful of companies making flieger watches for the German Luftwaffe. Post-WW II, Tutima was subsumed into the Eastern Bloc's watchmaking industry. However, the founder, Ernst Kurtz, had escaped to the west and started over in Saxony. Dieter Delecate, a former associate of Kurtz's, eventually took over and led Tutima into the modern era, traversing the mine field of the quartz crisis as he did so.Part of the secret to Tutima's su
In the 1970s there were special chronographs called "Soccer Timers" with markings on the registers for counting the 45 minute halves of a match. Hublot has taken things much further here with the Big Bang Unico Bi-Retrograde Chrono, building a mechanism from the ground up that is optimized for this function. The two retrograde hands clock the seconds and minutes on a specially designed scale and a window at the center of the dial shows which half is being timed. The main timekeeping is separated in a smaller dial at 6 o'clock, so you can wear the watch off the pitch.??The foundation of the?Big Bang Unico Bi-Retrograde Chrono is the new in-house movement. The caliber HUB1260 was built using the same dual-coupling column-wheel technology as the UNICO caliber, but with the marked difference of having two center-mounted retrograde hands for the chronograph mechanism. This 385-part movement is the first bi-retrograde caliber from Hublot and is patent-pending. 2 OF 3 You're pro
Does anyone have opinions or knowledge of the supposed Engraved Square Two Tone on eBay right now? It's solid gold obviously but if the seller thinks it's a Two Tone I can't imagine what the reserve may be. Anyone know the seller?I'd love to get my hands on this but not at a Two Tone price.
I went downstairs to tune my drums, or 'traps,' or set, or 'tubs,' or skins, or kit.......anyway, I went down there to fool with my drums and play a little jazz. Thought I'd take off my brassy-looking watch and take a pic. I don't think I've ever seen this Swiss maker anywhere else. I think I have the only watch this company ever made. Goes well with the mood, though. Now for a cigar.......
I was and still am very busy, but took some time to take pics of my last arrivals...First arrival, about a week ago, Longines HydroconquestSo far, this had become my favorite watch, it's getting the most wrist time, as I love it's wrist presence, size and weight
