IWC IW325405 wrist watches news:
Omega Ranchero, Seamaster 30, Railmaster. . .this is a style that i'm interested in. I'm a bargain hunter, who builds $200 worth of service into the purchase price of any vintage watch I buy, so a $1 watch to me will cost me $201. I'm not into resale, so redials, as long as it's accurate and nicely done, don't bother me either. . .So I first laid my eyes on the Ranchero last year and I immediately noticed the similarities between that and the Railmaster. Such a great looking watch. After some research I've found that some of the Seamaster 30s are kind of a "poor man's Ranchero." I'm interested in purchasing one, but most of the ones i've found (on ebay) seem to be in Asia and redials. I guess what i'm looking for is:1) Does anyone have any? Ranchero OR Seamaster 30 (ranchero lookalike) PICTURES! :)2) What caliber movements should I be looking for?The look that I like best is the black with white numbers, wedge triangle markers with just the numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12.-James

We always tell people that "X number of turns of the crown will get your auto going". The Orbita database talks in terms of the number of rotor rotations to fully wind a given movement.Question; Is there a correlation between the number of crown turns and rotor spins? Or does it vary from movement to movement?(example- 1 full crown turn = 10 rotor rotations)
Here is my new Sports Evo, I needed a change of pace. My sliver one is on her way out.
So I have been in no less than eight AD¡¯s in the past two weeks and I can tell you firsthand that with the exception of the Rolex boutique in Miami they all had just about nothing to sell. Total empty shelves. That and everyone of them said they had just about no hope of getting anything for Christmas to sell either. Rumor is Rolex hit all its sales goals and therefore they aren¡¯t very concerned about shipping more product this year. I personally have no idea why that¡¯s just what some of the smaller AD¡¯s are telling me. I can also tell you this. I know the owners of a couple of these small places and they tell me it¡¯s financially devastating not have an extremely strong Christmas season selling Rolex. They count on it every year. I can¡¯t speak for the bigger places I visited because the salesman had no idea when I asked how it was affecting their overall business. So if you guys are planning on getting a Rolex for Christmas you¡¯re either going to go with a Date Just from an AD or
