Invicta 14406 wrist watches news:
....finally found againI was conviced that this package was lost forever, what a shame..Such a nice Vintage Omega..I gave it a last try this morning and I found out the package was waiting for me in a nearby village.. Quickly I drove to that village with my son Niels and I asked at the postoffice if they would hand me my package. After a long search they finally found it.. :D:D:DMy ''new'' 1959 cal.267 Omega..The movement was recently serviced and running smooth and keeping excellent time. Can't tell you how happy I am with this beauty..The dial is in excellent condition with a beautiful patina. For the next few days this will be on my wrist..
I wore my Seiko 6R15 Diver while power cleaning my roof yesterday (it was fun). Took about 7 hours - the first time my Seiko has had a "full charge" since it spends most of its time either indoors or inside AND tucked under a long sleeve. All I can say is: WOW!The watch was stilling glowing brightly - actually readable in a fully dark room at 4 am. Didn't look like it lost one bit of glow.Seiko's lume rocks. It's the best on any watch I own.
I bought the watch off ebay for what I thought was a bargain. However now I'm convinced that it is a replica because it is quartz. According to the model it's supposed to be the L2.628.4 . The pictures below might be more informative. So have I been fooled with this purchase? What do you guys think? Thanks beforehand
Hi To everyone, I want to share an episode that happened to me in these days. I was proposed a Audemars Piguet Barrichello, pre owned in mint condition from a private seller. So I said : if the price is good I will go for it l After a long chat, the private seller was saying that he lost the original warranty, can happen. .. The day after we meet in my showroom and after a great look at the watch I wasn't 100% sure about his originality. So I decided do bring it to my watchmaker and after opening the caseback the verdict was clear.... Be carefull, and buy only from reputable sellers!!!!
I'm about to buy a watch winder for my Air-King for those rare times when I don't wear it.Is it a good idea to keep a Rolex on a winder? Is it ok for the watch or can anything negative happen?
