Rado R 13.877.182 wrist watches news:
Hitting the auction block this weekend is Steve McQueen's 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4.? With estimates ranging from $8-12 million, the car is on track to break sales records and demonstrates that the King of Cool's legacy is still very much alive.? More than thirty years after his death, everything the man touched remains Cool with a capital C.? That's certainly the case with watches, where the models that McQueen wore command a premium in the market.? For most buyers, that means a McQueen watch ¨C a blue-dial Heuer Monaco 1133B, a Rolex Submariner 5512, or a Hanhart 417 ¨C is in Grail territory. However, there is a far less well known and far more attainable McQueen watch, and that's what we're looking at today: the Benrus Series #3061 black dial.? It's what we like to call the Bullitt Benrus. When McQueen took delivery of his Ferrari 275 in 1967, he was in the middle of filming what would become arguably his most famous film: Bullitt.? The movie follows San Francisco cop Frank Bullitt (McQue
I saw this clasp on a different posting and really find it interesting as I've never seen it before.Anyone know what it is or what's it called? I'd like to get a few for some of my leather straps. Thanks in advance
The 5165 is the 38mm rather than 40mm version of the Aquanaut with the same style integrated rubber strap. I think this was only produced for about 3 years. Given its relative rarity should one expect it to have higher values in the open market? I'm looking at a potential trade and have no idea what to expect.Any thoughts would be welcomed!
Having too many PAM watches and don't know how to store and display them smartly is a big headache for some of us. Most aftermarket watch boxes are too small to accommodate the big 45mm and 47mm PAM models. Specially handcrafted by a fellow friend to original PAM SE Box specifications. Constructed of MDF, handcut and wrapped manually using the finest 4 way stretch soft touch PU black leather as per the original material (black leather is chosen over black felt material as it is easier to maintain and clean). Holds 6 PAM watches that fits perfectly in your SE box for the perfect setting. Would appreciate comments. Thanks.
I stopped in to a local jeweler to kill some time and spotted this Tudor. I have never even tried on a Tudor, but I think I fell in love with this watch. It's a solid ceramic case. I don't think its an in-house movement. It fits my 7 wrist perfectly. What does everyone think of this watch? Do you like the red or white accents?
