Well, I am not sure how some of your fund your purchases, but if you are like me, you did it with a little bit of debt (a.k.a. credit card). I am happy to say that yesterday I sent my last payment for the PO that I got in Dec of 07. I think I paid it off pretty quickly if you ask me.

007 special edition chronograph?
Hello all, I'm not usually to be found on this side, but I have an Omega related question. My colleague has recently got back from Bahrain and usually wears a Seamaster pro, but I noticed today him wearing a chrono with the 007 logo at the seven hour marker, and 007 on the clasp. I noticed that there doesn't appear to be one of those in the collection on the omega site, is it possible that he has an ersatz one or is it a special edition only available over that part of the world? I've only been able to find pictures of a similar watch on the web being sold in India, so just wondered if it was something for the market outside Europe? I'll be able to ask him more about it when I see him next week, but I'm just impatient!

(All, new to this forum and thought I'd share my Omega story for my first post here.)1995 witnessed the launch of that now famous catch phrase that was splashed most prominently across Omega's ads. For many, this may have had an influence in their purchase of an Omega and something they proudly proclaim after finally obtaining one. Omega and Rolex... b8ah!, they'll NEVER be MY choice! uttered the budding WIS who thought he knew everything there was to being a sophisticated watch collector as he took comfort in his ability to recite the names of hallowed manufacturers that produced watches more complicated and higher in cost than either of the two aforementioned brands. any thoughts on the 512 , 513 or 337?
I mostly wear Rolex but did buy a Pam 104 this year. I liked the look of the watch but sold it b/c it was a bit too big and bulky for me. 42m is about my limit for my wardrobe and the way I dress.I need something on a strap and with rolex the options are pretty limited.Anyone have any thoughts on the Pam 512, 513 or 337? looking at the Panerai site those appear to be smaller and thinner. I like the look of all three of themAny thoughts would be greatly appreciated, I plan on going to the Panerai boutique and trying them on this week.

Flip Regrets?
Some people wear the same watch their entire life. And there is much to be said for consistency.On the other hand, some of us (myself included) will trade or ¡°flip¡± their watches.For those who have flipped, do regret any of your trades?My answer would be that, while I may miss a watch I traded, I do not regret the flip.
