Invicta 20114 wrist watches news:
Baselworld 2015 sees the release of the De Bethune DBS Tourbillon, a futuristic homage to the brand's recent past. The De Bethune DBS Tourbillon's raison dĄŻetre is to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the De Bethune DBS, and to simultaneously showcase how far this ambitious company has come in the last decade. Founded in 2002, the manufacture has created a recognizable brand aesthetic that counts distinctive size, astute visual consistency, and surprisingly unusual color schemes amongst its most eye-catching traits. By adding a tourbillon to the De Bethune DBS model, De Bethune is updating one of its more iconic pieces for their avid fans. At 6 o'clock on the dial, the high-frequency tourbillon beats away at 36,000 vph. Such an operating speed is made possible by the weight (or lack thereof) of the 63 components that are used in the tourbillon's construction. The whole complication comes in at a mind-boggling 0.18 grams. The lightest component weighs less than 0.0001 g and the heavi
In my opinion, I wouldn't worry about a few extra hundred bucks.Get the one you like the best.I recently bought a Sea-Dweller. If I had known about how easy (?) it was to put in a black bezel on the LV, the maxi-dial on that watch might very well have tipped the scales in that direction. However, at the time, the green bezel was the deal-breaker for me. (The green looks good, but I just preferred black.)So, of the choices you've listed, I'd get the LV with black bezel; just make sure you keep the green bezel in a safe place in case you want to sell the watch down the road.Actually, on a related matter - does anyone know how Rolex reacts to an LV that's sent in for service if the bezel has been changed to black? I know they can be rather picky about such things. In any case, you can't really go wrong with whatever you choose, as they are all great watches. So, use our input, but make sure you get the one you really want and will enjoy wearing.Cheers!Kindest Regards,Planet X
Hi guys,I'm buying a new diver to compliment my JLC RDM.I have 3 in mind but can't make up my mind1/ New black Omega SMP as seen at Basel (41mm - if it ever comes out without the "Bond" logos) This was my initial choice but it's looking unlikely to be released without the Bond stuff within a time frame that suits me.2/ Omega PO (42mm Black bezel with either white or orange markers)3/ Brietling Super Ocean Steel Fish (newer 44mm version with black dial)All on a bracelet. What's your thoughts on these watches and how do they compare for build quality/ruggedness, accuracy, value/bang for buck and reliability etc.The Brietling would work out cheaper, followed by the SMP then the PO.I don't have large wrists and usually tend towards 42mm as a max I can get away with, however I have tried on the Brietling and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.Opinions & pics always welcomeMac. Although the new SMP is stunning with that ceramic bezel and flat dial, I will miss the waves on the Seamaster dial. Here are a few pics to help appreciate their beauty.
Well, it was last tuesday when I fully wound my pam233.. And 10 days past since then; and it is still beating.. Keeping perfect time.. So they should have called it 10 Days instead of eight ..
