Invicta 16760 wrist watches news:
There is a kind of watch owner out there commonly referred to as the ¡®One watch guy¡¯. Whether due to sentimental attachment, thrift or a single-minded love of a specific reference, they strap on the same timepiece day after day regardless of the rest of their attire or the social situations the day will bring.I have deep admiration for the ¡®One Watch Guy¡¯ to doggedly ignore or remain oblivious to the ocean of horological possibilities is darn difficult - though it does simplify the morning routine - but I will never be him, I love watches too much, my tastes are too wide, the acquisitive urge too strong and maybe I am just too indecisive. That said, being the ¡®Way Too Many Watches Guy¡¯ allows their owner to play a different game, that of using your watch purely as an accessory to the rest of your outfit. At first I wondered if this might be just a personal weakness but a steady trickle of images from Twitter and Instagram lead me to suspect I am not alone. What follows are not a set of r
Hi Guy's,New to this forum...and watches in general. I officially have the watch bug. I can see that watches can be a sickness just like my motorcycle and firearm hobbies. There goes my daughter's college fund. LOL ; )Anyhow, I'm looking to pick up a few nice watches and could really use your help/guidance.My question is this:What are the best watches available for the $300-500 price range? I'm a cheap ass and can't fathom spending more than that on a watch.I know that's quite a loaded question, but I'm hoping you all are willing to give me some good ideas. For the record, I do typically like fairly big watches. I'm 6'2" 240lbs, so not a small guy. My wrists aren't huge but...Anyhow, I typically only like watches with metal bands, and generally like diver type watches.Thoughts? Any brands to avoid?Thank you!!!!!!!!!!~ MotoJB
Can't have enough of this watch Wayne
Hi, I was looking at the Montbrilliant lineup with Moonphase that was discontinued in 2010. Any idea how good/reliable the movement it uses is (think is Breitling 19) since have seen some complaining about it being expensive to service. I read it uses a modified ETA movement so that means is not an inhouse Breitling mechanical movement right? I thought Brietling had started manufacturing their own movements in early 2000 through a Swiss factory they setup. Also saw a place mentioning the watch having water resistant problems although is marked as 30m water resistant, could anyone throw some light on that?Lastly any wrist shots would be much appreciated,Thanks
Just in case anybody is looking for side to side photos of both watches:Cheers Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
