- Although I did purchase this on sale, it didn't come with an instruction booklet, and so I am on my own to figure out how it works. It's a little annoying.

Invicta 14384 wrist watches news:
I'm planning on buying my first nice watch soon, and I wanted to get some advice from some people who know the ins and outs. I want to buy from an AD, but the internet prices are really tempting. My first choice is an Omega, but I'm also looking at Tags - I can't make up my mind. Reading many watch threads, I've seen a lot of mention about discounts from AD's on Omegas, and especially on Tags. Is this common? Would I be naive to pay full price, or do many people pay full price at AD's? Also, would anyone recommend going the internet route in order to get a better deal? Any thoughts are welcome and appreciated!
Hi all,New to the forum and interested in a Hamilton Khaki GMT on black rubber strap to be my daily watch. I currently have a datejust but the acrylic is getting battered in daily use so I want a hardy everyday wearer. I like a classic dial and would prefer a turning bezel and I don't want any 'bling' factor. I really like the look of the GMT but am a bit worried about the size. There are no AD's near me so I cant try one on for size. I wondered if anyone had one whether they had any pics of it being worn? perhaps with a shirt cuff to see how it fits? I've been told by one seller that the overall is size is 50mm including crowns which seems huge to me! (I have 7 1/2" wrist)Alternatively does anyone know where I can get a life size scan of one? Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hi people,Just may be in the market for a mid level 3rd watch.I like a few Oris and have also seen a few nice Tissot's too.Question for the panel is simply which with reference to mechanical watches are the better watch for the money? If you had say ¡ê500 to spend, which watch (automatic not quartz) would you go for and why?I can get around 20% +/- on both brands so what's the best "bang for buck" as they say?Pro's / cons of each?Any pics of course welcomeThanks
Early start for me with Seiko Solar Dive Chronograph.

Ive been after the Patek World Time Enamel dial 5131R but its proving impossible to get unless you are willing to spend double the retail price... Since there is no other Pateks which have my attention at the moment, I have turned to AP which ive been looking at last few years and not till last few months with the release of the new Royal Oak Perpetual in Steel its been on my mind and possibly could be my next purchase..My question to you guys here on the AP forum is what is your take on the new RO Perpetual?? And what do you feel about AP in terms of resale value on the secondary market?? Does AP hold its value over time??? I hear it doesnt but wanted to ask you guys here who have
