Jacob & Co. JC-M47sbw 2.00 carat bezel wrist watches news:
It's been a while since posting here - so I'm posting some pictures of my prized 5146J. Hope you like them - sorry some are on the large size..
It took me a long time to finally commit to getting a Seiko. Earlier on in the year I wanted an SKX007 but ended up with a Mako. But a few days ago I picked up a 7009-8028 which I really love and just happened to have the perfect Hirsch strap sitting unused in a box calling for the perfect watch, I believe they are the perfect dark pair. And this arrived today, I was not sure how I would take to the coloured bezel of the 009 but when I opened the box and had it in my hands it was just pure love . The watch came to me with a mesh bracelet and the standard jubilee, also a Z22 and a nato. So plenty of choices but the mesh just sits so well on it, maybe at a later date I will pick up a president or a super oyster just to add more options.
Morning all - looking for info on the above watch/company. Sorry no pics available, all the camera equip is in storage. Black face, numbers at all 12 spots, red sweep second hand. The back of the case is marked "WATERPROOF SHOCKPROTECTED STAINLESSSTEEL UNBREAKABLE MAINSPRING 102/22". Also in the center of the back is an inset disk, copper yellowish in color, marked ARDATH with a symbol which I can't make out. Google and Evil-bay, turned up little. Thanks,Red
I'm super curious about the numbers available in North America. My AD has 142 and I have to call a few to see which number I like the most (when you number things it becomes so personal)..but each AD only has 1 and hard to get...Please share if you already got one and what your number is! I figure it can't be more than 999 cus the engraving at the back is only large enough for 3 numbers...unless they reduce the font. That's just a guess anyway. If so it would be highly collectable down the road.I'm thinking maybe all the lucky number 8s went to Asia...
I wish to go down to just one from these three lovely Rolex. The reason for the change is that I wish to fund another purchase but I don't want this to affect which one people would keep from the three below. While I accept the Daytona would by itself raise nearly as much as the other two, I also wish to have two nice Rolex, one of these and the new purchase hence why I wish to go down to one - my AD will get a surprise in the new year when I turn up for it! Please put aside anything apart from which you like best and which you would keep and think will be the best to live with for many years to come side by side with one more Rolex. 1. BLNR 2016 - bought new2. Submariner 2010 16610 - bought nos3. Daytona Ceramic white dial - bought new and paid retail
