Jaeger LeCoultre Jaeger LeCoultre 45951 wrist watches news:
Good afternoon, first post ever on this or any other watch forums. I am looking to purchase a PO 42mm and have a few questions after reading some of the posts referencing the anti-glare coating and how it scratches easily, now I will not be wearing my new PO to any activities besides the office and casual wear but I need to ask what owners of this particular watch have to say about this. Please help. Also, what are the thoughts on buying a pre-owned watch and where to get it from.Thank you,RLR
The lume dot on my Ocean1 bezel insert fell out. Elsa at Debaufre' was kind enough to send me a new insert. I read the reference threads on bezel insert changes. I saw the one on the razor blade, but can you use an x-acto knife to pry the insert off? I have tried to pry ther insert off, but it's not coming off. How tricky is the adhesive? Any other suggestions? This is my first try at something like this. Thanks
from jewelrysuite101:The care taken in finishing the parts of a watch movement is manifold in purpose: aesthetically, the various brushing and chamfering techniques provide different patterns, textures and levels of reflective light; pragmatically, the finish is far less likely to corrode than it would be if left untreated; and abstractly, taking such an extreme degree of care in crafting parts that will never be seen is a reflection of the pride of artisanship, and it contributes to the ongoing sense of freemasonry among the artisans.
The rumours are true, I found these two beauties on the Omega Web site.Titanium/Titanium Bracelet Ref 232.90.42.21.03.001Titanium and rubber strap Ref 232.92.42.21.03.001I found them under new watches, they are doing 37.5mm too it seems.
Blue shorts, blue strap, blue shades...
