Jaeger LeCoultre 166.64.70 (Q1666470) wrist watches news:
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I put a watch on eBay and I didn't get even ONE bid. It's an Omega Seamaster De Ville, gold-filled, and in great condition. I wasn't able to take very good pictures of it, but I told people in my ad to contact me if they wanted more photos. There are scratches on the crystal that I think are minor, but the photos make them look huge. I thought if someone really wanted it, they could easily buff the crystal (but maybe I'm wrong about that.) I set the minimum bid at $500, which I thought was reasonable. Any ideas? (I didn't post a link to my ad because it I didn't know if that was appropriate for this forum. Thank you! Ethan
Hi, I'm new here and I joined because I would like to sell this Patek that belonged to my grandfather.I don't have a clue as to what model it is or any information about it. I don't have the skills (or guts) to take apart to send pictures of the movement. Can you tell from this picture whar model it is? circa when? what's it worth? Thanks
Presenting the watch of the future!
first lets not kid around the new GMT is looking to be the biggest hit in Rolex history .Also Basel this year is the biggest ever from all accounts.mechanical watches are way beyond the recovery stage after the quartz crisis and it seems we entered the bubble stage. like every bubble we need a seminal moment to mark the top and this seems as good one as any..My feeling as a watch collector and stock market trader for 20 years
Back in October 2017 I had an opportunity to purchase a D Blue but I passed because I purchased a watch in August and another watch in October so I thought it would be too quick for the D Blue but I spoke to my AD today and he told me I would get the next D Blue that he gets in but it would require a 50% non refundable deposit but my price would be locked in at today¡¯s price. He¡¯s willing to throw in a watch winder in the deal. I¡¯m wondering if I should pull the trigger now or wait for after Basel. What to do?Here¡¯s a wrist shot from October 2017 on a 6 3/4 wrist. Does it look too big or can I pull it off?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
