Jaeger LeCoultre Jaeger LeCoultre 4914 wrist watches news:
Congrats to Nick L.?from Colombus, Ohio, USA, who is the lucky winner of the Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diver?watch that we gave away on watches-dealer last month. Thanks again to everyone who entered, and please enter both of our awesome current giveaways for a chance to?Get Diving Certification With Oris Watches & watches-dealer In Grand Cayman here, and also for a chance to win a?Tudor Heritage Chrono 70330N Sponsored By TrueFacet here.
Have it known that the US side of Oris's operation is comprised of some very lovely, helpful people. While I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have liked with them at Baselworld 2010, I will be spending more time with their watch collection in June. I was able to get shots of a very cool limited edition piece - the Oris RAID Chronograph. RAID is a rally race of vintage cars. It now takes place in Switzerland and France, and only includes automobiles made before 1975. If you want to learn more about it, just Google it.This should explain the styling of the RAID Chronograph watch. It looks quire retro and reminds us of when cars had really swoopy roofs. Specifically, the dial is influenced by the tachometer of a 1952 Jaguar XK 120 - that has the redline area reversed. Use of this concept adds that always welcome splash of red to the dial. Seeing the font of the Arabic numerals on the dial, and you can bring yourself back to the era of 1950's British roadsters. It is done quite
Well after 4 outstanding months, courtesy of Gallet. I have 2 weeks left. Am I looking forward to returning home? Yes and No. On a happy note, I return to the wedding of my lovely daughter. On a sad note, I will miss it tremendously here. Not just the place, I loved Columbia, not just the museum which was great, not just the library that was outstanding. But the people who I fell in love with. I thank you all.I learned a lot, I touched over 2000 timepieces, gave lectures, and wrote articles - I have even learn to service watches - a dream come true.My intention over my last 2 weeks is to try to make you all become part (members) of NAWCC. We can not truly be 'horologists' people interested in timepieces and NOT support 'our - 'YOUR'' National Treasure. The school has gone - would you want the museum to go as well. I pray not. But it needs 'YOU!This museum is NOT supported by Government grants, It has ONLY a very few staff, and many super volunteers, it can only survive from mem
I'm thinking of putting a leather strap on my Tissot T-Touch Trek T001.520.47.281.00 but can't find the actual lug width. I've seen various band widths listed, but the band is wider outside the lugs. So, anyone know the actual lug width? Also, any photos of Treks with aftermarket straps would be appreciated so I can get ideas. Thanks!
I want one oyster bracelet that is compatible with my 1016 R serial and my 14060m Z serial.I like the 78790 do to the smaller clasp and safety. Can I use both 501b and 580 end links on this bracelet? I don't know if the last center link is wedge or round on 78790 or if that matters.Thank you in advance
