Jaeger LeCoultre 165.84.20 wrist watches news:
Bell & Ross has introduced new BR 123 and 126 models to their popular Vintage line, dubbed Sport Heritage models. The new watches are meant to be reminiscent of designs seen on the wrists of pilots and aeronautics enthusiasts in the 60s. We got the chance to sit down with the watches in Basel a few weeks ago and think we found one of the better value propositions of the show in the 123 Sport Heritage. 2 OF 12 At the helm of the collection are the 123 and 126 Falcon limited editions, which celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Dassault Mystere-Falcon 20, a popular French jet used for business and government operations. These watches are differentiated by the jet's outline at 6 o'clock on the dial and a 50 years insignia on the case back. While they might be the highlights of the Sport Heritage collection, the watch that caught our eye was the entry-level Sport Heritage watch, the 123. 3 OF 12 The 123 Sport Heritage is a simple time and date affair, with large
Hello -My first post on this forum. I want to know if anyone have a wrist shot of the Muhle Glashutte Grand Sports B-Uhr? I'm looking into purchasing one but wanted to see it on a wrist before pulling the trigger.thanks,Stirfry
I watched a Marx brothers movie from 1946 on Netflix last night. They had a wrist shot of a mans wrist watch. The first letter or letters were obscurred by the minute hand. The last four letters of the brand ended in OMIS. Anyone know what brand this is? (it wasn't Oris).
Have you noticed that one watch back design might be more comfortable to wear than another? This design slides around on my wrist if it's not very tight.IMG_2703.jpgThis design seems to fit in the middle of my wrist and slides very little.IMG_2708.jpgI prefer to have a strap a little on the loose side.
Hello All,I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight regarding my most recent purchase. I was specifically looking for an 80s watch and it doesnt get more 80s than this (square/angular style, two tone, and quartz). Although I was looking for a vintage thunderbird/turnograph or datejust from this time period, when i saw this, i let my impulse get the best of me.From my research, all I could gather is that this seems like a newer square royal oak because it has a date feature (might actually be from the 90s maybe?). But I dont know the model number or anything else. If someone can chime in with more information, that would be great. The only thing written on the watch is the serial number on the back. Also, feel free to let me know what you guys think about this watch. It is kinda dated, but I find it very unique and intriguing.Collectors say to avoid vintage quartz watches. But avoiding quartz watches is basically ignoring the 70s and 80s i'd say.
