Longines L5.155.0.76.6 wrist watches news:
It’s been a big year for Breguet. Not only did the company kick off its sponsorship of Carnegie Hall with a brand-new tourbillon clock, it also celebrated, around the same time, the 200th anniversary of the wristwatch ¡ª an invention of brand namesake Abraham-Louis Breguet ¡ª with a preview of a complicated haute joallerie watch at an event on the Isle of Capri in the Gulf of Naples. The cornerstone of the international event was the latest stop of Breguet’s traveling “Reine de Naples” exhibit, which began in January at Geneva’s Cit¨¦ du Temps before traveling to New York City and other major cities in the United States, Europe and Asia. Grieb & Benzinger’s workshop has created a unique piece for the discerning collector, called The Blue Wave. The 46mm rose gold piece features a rare Minerva monopusher column wheel chronograph movement created circa 1925. The movement has been hand skeletonized, hand engraved, and hand guilloch¨¦d in the Grieb & Benzinger style, resulting in a deeply-textured three-dimensional space that draws and holds the eye. Traces of this Roman deity can be found again and again in fine watchmaking¡ªeven A. Lange & S?hne has immortalized the goddess on its most exclusive pocketwatch cases.Grieb & Benzinger’s typical blue platinum coating of the base plate has found its way into this new unique piece. The base plate was first hand-skeletonized to its barest minimum in characteristic wave

Had to R & R, remove and replace the total rear disk brake system on my Dads 2000 Nissan Altima SE today from this morning to late afternoon. What a job, I'm beat to the bone and tired out with a few problems with frozen bolts that wouldn't budge, I finally got the job done to my high expectation & satisfaction being as good as OEM now, so I'm happy about that! So I was wearing my Seiko H558-5009 Arnie sport diver this morning till I started the job and removed it to prevent absolute havok happening to the watch, then took a hot shower and strapped her back on. I just wanted to check-in and say hello guys!Take care guys & have a nice Sunday- Jim
