Is it possible to get the red credit card style cards re-issued by Omega. Reason I ask, I purchased an Omega SM and after owning a SM Casino Royale I¡¯m fully confident that is a Seamaster. When I purchased the watch, the seller provided the instruction book, box (both the red box and the white) and one card. However the card is blank, my Casino Royale had three cards(serial number, warranty number, chronometer cert). It feels and looks correct, I took it two jewelers and they said it¡¯s legit. I just want to be able to have the documents it should have. The watch serial number is 8078XXXX, from my search this is 2004 watch. Does anyone if this is even possible. Do I send it to a service center for service and would they re-issue the cards, at least the watch serial number and chronomtere card, since I assume they test it and it¡¯s a SM chronometere watch?
Hey guys!(This is one of the eight good ones out of that lot of fourty that I bought)I was working on this Illinois Watch Case Company "Spartan" cushion today that has a VERY cool crown. Still working on trying to smooth out the back side of the lugs, it's coming along. The design pattern is different on the bezel from the sides of the case but this is correct. The Roman numerals underneath the bezel match the case back serial number. I've seen a few of this type of case before but this crown is not the original factory crown, it's way too nice to be from the IWCC. Looks like it's some kind of flower. I vaguely remember that possibly Patek had crowns like this way back in the day? I've only seen a couple of these type of crowns over the years and I always wondered who made them. Anybody know?
If you do, you can simply click on the Like option in the bottom right hand corner of their post. Of course, this will be a serious detriment to those that count on a lot of "+1" posts to up their post count.
030.JPG031.JPGI came across this old Helbros Diver in fair condition. Sadly when my watchmaker was finishing up the rebuild he ruined the bezel polishing the crystal. Seems I am always needing a bezel for something. Does anyone know the model? it is marked West Germary
