Hamilton Model Numbers
Why do some Hamilton watches show a different serial number than the one listed on the Hamilton site or by other merchants? On another forum this question came up with the Khaki III, and I noticed on the review of the swat khaki on this forum the number is different than what I've seen elsewhere (see photo of back of watch).
