Omega 4541.50.00 wrist watches news:
My GMTc has run about a minute slow since I bought it last February. I didn't want to have a new watch adjusted, so I gave the movement a few months to break-in and/or selttle-down. I work in Manhattan, so I finally took it to the Rolex building on 5th and 53rd for an adjustment. They took the watch and said I was correct, it was a little slow and they adjusted it. Whoever performed the job is either very good or very lucky, this watch is to the second since the adjustment over 3 weeks ago. He turned those adjusting wheel-nuts just right. Like I said, either VERY good or VERY lucky to hit it right on first attempt. I was really impressed.Bob
Hi guys, I have been shopping around for a BP recently. I just wanna check if there are anything to look out for ? like say a Panerai with their series. Also what should I be get along with the watch ? I know thats not a worry if I were to purchase from an AD, but recently I just can't argue with the prices of the secondary market. Also would it look too big for a 6 and 3/4'' wrist ?your input will be greatly appreciated. For those of you with a BP, would you guys kindly post a photo of the whole set of times that comes along with the watch. Thanks!
I've wanted this since it first was introduced! Finally got it and I am really pleased..This is a superb watch, built like a tank, and looks awesome.....this is a watch whose form was dictated by its function, IMHO it is a flawless execution. (you can tell I really really like this watch!)Specs:Solid surgical grade S case43mm diameter X 14mm height3mm sapphire crystalonly 1000m dive watch with a display back in the worldETA 2824-2 calibrated to 5 positionshighly decorated movement w/ blued screws, geneva waves, & perlageLimited Edition #34/200Only have one pic for now, will post more soon..
For those of you that have been following my previous thread titled ¡°two have to go! Help me decide¡±. I have made a decision.Out of the four watches I posted, I am keeping just one. The 5513.I have chosen to sell the 16570 (already sold) 14060M (already sold) and 16710 Coke.BUT!Yesterday I added a watch to make it my second. A K serial 16710 Pepsi with SEL AND lug holes. And a beautiful faded bezel and kit.I¡¯m now happy to say that these are my two watches. K serial 167101975 5513 (I plan on selling insert and rivet bracelet in order to source period correct parts)From here I only plan to add after the house Reno¡¯s and wedding is out of the way! Unless I win the lottery of course :P (I have been toying with the idea of a $2k work beater but we will see)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Had to use a stock photo, but I¡¯m really loving this BLRO! I know the arguments against WG, but once you¡¯ve worn a PM piece, you¡¯ll appreciate the difference in the way it feels on the wrist. I¡¯m officially done for the time being!
