The Limes Endurance Leviathan Dive Watch
German watchmaker Limes has announced a new addition to their Endurance sport watch range. Featuring a 44.5 mm stainless steel case, the Leviathan offers a chance for buyers to up size their order compared to the 41mm Limes Neptune 2 diver. The Leviathan's Ickler-made case is 13.5mm thick and features a sapphire crystal and a unidirectional dive PVD-plated black bezel. The dial design is simple, legible and one that I really like.Limes is part of the Ickler family of brands which is also home to Archimedes, Autran & Viala, and Defacto. Ickler is a case manufacturer that is based in Germany and makes some very nice cases in a wide range of styles. Hello everyone. I'm new here but I know a lot of names from other places. My name is Andrew but everyone tends to call me 'QT'. I'm a 34yr old Canadian who's married with two beautiful little girls (Age 3 and 5). I'm a personal financial service representative (Loans officer) for one of the major banks here in Canada. When did you first become aware of ROLEX? Remember???
Jake Erlich has been asking this question in his podcast interviews and to me, it is a very thought provoking question. Mainly I think so, because Rolex is one of the most recognized brands in the world, yet I can't remember specifically any event or situation that made an impression on me. I don't rember not knowing about the name, and the only thing I remember specifically was my mom saying once that "honey those watches are for people with lot's of money". Not in a bad or resentful way, as she always taught us to me open minded and worldly, so it was just that they were way up there in scale. All I remember "knowing" at the time though, is that this was the BEST watch in the world. I was maybe ten or eleven at the time, but I'm still baffeled about how I knew that. My dad was always keen on the best stuff, so maybe I heard him talk about it. Hi everyone, I'm considering in purchasing a 5711r since I've been looking for a gold piece!On the other hand $51000 is a few bucks and my wife liked the 5235 better.I have a 5726 and didn't want to get another Patek on strap.Looking for opinions and maybe some other better options in that price range, thanks and happy Saturday
