Yesterday I posted some pics of my vintage 33mm Omega automatic my smallest watch. My 1966 vintage Omega automatic.....Here's a pic of it with my next smallest watch: a modern 34mm Orient Star Royal hand wind.
So i'm conflicted, product of an itchy trigger finger...has any forum member thought "well, this watch isnt necessarily what i'm looking for, but it's such an amazing deal I could stock up on another color before the sale ends or it's sold out..."the movement of the piece (skipping the brand name) is a Miyota 8215 twenty-one Jewel movement...total cost is under $50...any thoughts...?
Hi all, I have a Tag Heuer F1 CAC1110.BA0850 chrono, and after I use the chrono feature and hit the reset button, the 1/10 sec hand doesn't rest itself all the way to high noon, but resets itself just two clicks before the high noon position, forcing me to unscrew the crown and adjust it manually . I thought it was the battery, but just had that changed, same issue..........As a side note, this problem will not happen right again after I manually adjust it and use the chrono feature, this will only happen after about two to three days of not using the chrono feature, and then trying to use it........puzzling.......keeps great time though
Hi guys, a couple more articles on AP, from QP magazine. These 2 are free to read, but you have to register. Quite a good read IMO .qpmagazine/default.as...=true#openHere.qpmagazine/Default.aspx?IssueID=1912
Hi Fellow Forum members.I ordered a watch last October as my wife's Christmas + Birthday + Baby present, finally came yesterday. Since Christmas has past and her birthday isn't till beginning of May, I am not sure if I should give it to her now. The dealer was kind enough to gift wrap it nicely with a bow, so I haven't even opened to check the watch yet.My question is. Watch is meant to be worm. So should I just give it to her now so she can enjoy it OR wait till her birthday.Thank you in advance for your input.
