A gold medal that Rolex is something of a status symbol, you say? After all, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was one, therefore, Frank Lucas and all other gangster, scammer and make misfit here in Havana and in the back.
I bought my Seamaster Pro Co-Ax watch in June 2007right now I have all the papers in other countryI was just wondering for how long is the warranty on the watch is it 2 years or 3 years?..
About a year ago, I purchased a Palisade on eBay. At the time, I was advised that the dial was not original. Here's a picture to refresh the collective memory:Last week, I was lucky enough to snag a dead stock etched dial for it: I think that this particular dial would have come with this style of hands:Would anyone happen to know what this style of hands were called, or if any of the standard supply houses (Ofrei, Jules Borel, etc.) would stock these? Did they come in specific sizes for the 987 movement? Please PM with answers on the suppliers as I don't want to violate any rules here. I would prefer to replace the hands with new ones, but I do have a plan "B" in mind involving a round robin swap between several watches in case these hands can't be found. As always, any help is greatly appreciated! gatorcpa
Been thinking about getting the 5980 1/A. For dial color I was thinking black as I understood these were the 2nd least produced in the series - can anyone clarify?I was told that in numbers produced, from greatest to least, are:1. Black2. Blue3. White While I thought it was:1. Blue2. Black3. White
A thread to make bold (but plausible) predictions for Basel this year.AR crystals on all sports watches is my bold prediction.
