Omega 136.041 wrist watches news:
Call me a brand whore but I really like Louis Vuitton watches. I am not too interested in the other stuff they sell for the most part, but their Tambour watches always get me excited. The Tambour Diver is on my wish list of watches, while this newer Tambour Two-Tone more?? dressy watch is a great fashion watch. A few varieties in a subsidiary seconds dial, a GMT model, and a chronograph. Gold is used throughout the watch complimented with the steel. A really nice line with a name that you secretly like to have on your wrist.See my Louis Vuitton Tambour Two-Tone watch article on AskMenwatches-dealer. A lot of you know I have tons of watches. Thats not true. The ones I post and show off and stuff get sold working a week for more than what I paid and then I get another one (I'm talking vintage of coarse) my watch collection now consists of an omega seamaster and a Stowa. And soon to be a vintage (80s) timex quartz chrono. I flip watches like crazy (except gifts of coarse) and I have taken an interest and I now have an appreciation for older quartz watches (mostly chrono) because of the interesting technology and because they weren't as cheaply made. I still prefer my mechanicals tho. Me selling off the watches that are cheaper and less interesting let's me spend more time with the ones that really matter and for me to care for them better. And also helps me save for service. Just bored and wanted to share my plans :D
Dear fellow users,I am thinking of adding a ROO to my collection. I would like to buy one with metal bracelet. I narrowed down my choices to 2 models:1) old model 26170 with Panda dial - this comes by default with metal bracelet2) actual model 26470 with black/red dial - this comes with black-red leather strap but a metal bracelet is available as extraI like very much the Panda dial, maybe it pops out a little more than the more subtle black/red. However, the new model has some new features that make me think about it: ceramic pushers, see-through case back, some small changes on the case design and slightly crisper details on the dial.I am curious what you are thinking. Do the updates on the new model compensate for the slightly less attractive dial?(photos were taken from the web)Thank you!
This is terrible. My soon to be wife surprised me with a new Speedmaster Professional two weeks ago. I noticed that it lost nearly ten minutes of time the other night. I had the flu or something like it and chalked it up to not wearing it or winding it. Well Monday I wake up and set it then fully wind it and go to work. Yesterday morning I wind it and wear it. I noticed it was seven minutes slow. I had just set it to my cell phone Monday morning as a marker of comparison. This morning it was stopped completely. It kept perfect time yesterday until I went to sleep around 11:30 last evening. I woke up this morning and checked it. It has stopped at 3:55 AM. I moved it and it started running again. It sets and winds smooth as silk. I just don't understand it. I'm not sure what to do. She purchased it online from what appears to be a reputable company. I simply would like a new watch which I don't think is unreasonable. They've informed me that I can return it then they will service it but
