- All that glitters... The gold paint on the band unfortunately wore off incredibly quickly, leaving a sickly brownish strap. Only good for a few wearings.

Omega 123.15.27.60.55.005 wrist watches news:
Sorry, but I'm a newbie. Is it possible to replace the crown on a new Hamilton Khaki (it's an automatic, but I don't remember the exact model) with a smaller one? If so, what's the estimated cost and where could I get it done? Thank you! Ethan
Torn on this one and was hoping for input. Looking for a daily wear, dual time piece and was set to pull the trigger on the 5990. However, since I've recently acquired the 5905, I'm beginning to feel that the chrono function may be a bit redundant, especially since it's only a 60 minute timer which I find of little use for timing international air travel. Had a chance to try on the 5164, and found it to be remarkably comfortable. Although appearance wise I give the edge to the 5990, I am starting to warm up to the 5164 for it's versatility. The other choice was the BLRO in WG, which fills a void since I've regretfully sold my BLNR a couple of years ago. Given the 3 options- which would your personal choice be?If you have a personal favorite besides the 3 choices I've shared, I'm open to learning about it as well- but please remember to vote first out of the 3. Look forward to your reply!
I went to an AD today and to my astonishment and delight I discovered that Patek make a multitude of different coloured rubber replacement straps for the Aquanaut including:Black (which we all know and comes standard)WhiteMidnight BlueMid-BlueBrownGreyPurpleGreenIce blueBeigeAnd possibly more that I did not see in the catalogue.
Hello,Does the forum think it would be too redundant to have these two watches in the same collection, both being two-tone?
Being somewhat partial to nylon NATOs I haven't tried this myself. It seems easy enough. Why pay $50+ for something so simple? Just take your time..designsponge/2012/03/...atchstrap.html
