Omega 3961222 wrist watches news:
This is it, the last reminder. The Oris Masthead photo comp finishes11:59PM, APRIL 12th, 2009 EST (GMT-5).Insterestingly all entries so far are of the Divers - proof of the popularity of these great models. But I'd love to see some BC3, BC4 flight timers, or Sinatra / Miles or Williams F1's etc.Anyone...????
I am thinking of replacing my very rough bezel/bezel insert on my latest Speedmaster find. It is a pre moon model 145022-69 (from early 1969) I have a couple of bezel options supposedly from this vintage but one has a hyphen over the first E in TACHYMETRE and the other one does not (see photos)The current bezel I have on does not have the hyphen and I am assuming it is the original so obviously I want to replace with the same, anyone know when this hyphen came in please, thanks. Hi. I'm trying to do some research on the American Standard case co. with either the Globe symbol or the Shield, like those below, only Non-Bulovas, please. If anyone has any info/pics of watches using these types of cases or similar, but of course not Bulovas, preferably with a date, please PM me, or post on this thread. I will be extremely grateful!Bob.AS case.jpgAS case2.jpgAS case3.jpgAS case 4.jpg

G morning boys- I'd like to add a manual chrono to my modest collection. Of the two choices, ignoring the price difference, which is the most desired by the Omega aficionados? I've looked at both and can't make up my mind. The domed Chrystal and engraved caseback is cool and retro while the display back is also cool. Thanks in advance!
