Hi guys. I am the proud owner of a brand new electric blue Omega Seamaster Professional # 2254.80.00.Although running well within COSC specs (-2 secs/day), I have read a post (not here) that gaining (+ 1 to 6 secs/day) is better than losing (-1 to 4 secs/day).I want to be very well understood. I am perfectly happy with my Omega and I find its precision fascinating. It is just that some people consider it a fault if a watch loses time and find it far better if the watch runs ahead. In another words, if the watch runs behind it has a fault.I need to know if it's true or not and why this opinion exists.I need your expert opinions on this.Thank you very much.
Hi,I have been a Rolex enthusiast and am new to Patek Phillippe, but wanted to buy my first one. I rather liked the look of the 5040G white face. I also like the 5135P which looks a little sportier. From the research I have done in my area, they are similar in price, the 5135P being slightly lower than the 5040G. I was hoping to ask your opinions on these two watches. I would also be keen to not buy something which would reduce in value over time, so your opinion on this would be useful as well. Thanks
This would be AP ROO RG 42mm 25940 vs PP 5711/1a.both sings to me so loudly and beautifully, I do not know what to choose...if i have the chance and $$ lol
Up until I got on this forum, I didn't know that you could negotiate discounts on Rolexes. What type of discount can one hope to achieve with Patek AD's?
