I never use the functions and the mechanicals tend to be thicker than I like.Now I'm wondering if my collection is somehow incomplete.The most complicated watch I owns is a VJ 7751, which I consider a moonphase/pointer date, not a chrono.Everything else is a variant of your basic three-hand (2824), 2834, 2892.Is this odd? Or does it come under the heading:No accounting for taste?

AP Crown Stems Very Thin?
I went looking at a number of AP's today and one thing i noticed was that the crown stem appeared very thin. I found this a bit strange especially on the more 'robust' ROO's. When i unscrewed and pulled the crown out it looked like it could just snap off and it could bend very easily.Has anyone had any problems with AP crown's? I think i may have just found a deal breaker
