Oris 633 7504 40 61 RS wrist watches news:
Trapezium is a word that sounds both geometric and acrobatic. Does that mean it is both difficult to compute and perform? Yes. Those adjectives more than likely define this new watch by Cabestan well. The new Trapezium is an evolved version of their famous Winch Tourbillon Vertical watch and is the brainchild of Cabestan's own (and very talented) Eric Coudray.Among other things Coudray is the guy behind the Jaeger-LeCoultre Gyrotourbillon. He thrives in producing highly complex, highly accurate tiny machines that few other people can make. Using the same principles as the Winch Tourbillon Vertical, the Trapezium offers a drum and fusee & chain system (with tourbillon) for telling the time and making the watch operate. Compared to the original, I believe that the overall system actually works better here, and the name of the Trapezium comes form the case itself. What is that all about? In Cabestan's own words:"In Euclidian geometry, a quadrilateral with one pair of parallel sides is
When I first learned about this new Dee & Ricky limited edition G-Shock watches, I was like WTF?! Not that I would wear it, but I can appreciate the culture that created it. The watch design really started in the 1980s, though the designs may not be aware of that. It was the time of Lego and bright colors, and when wearing wild hues was fashionable until the mid 1990s (when thankfully florescent colors went out). The lineage of the style also is related to 8 bit gaming. Nintendo brought bright colors before our eyes on a daily basis in blocky glory. This watch is the summation of an entire pop culture generation. Nerds with focus, geeks with passion.? Designers Dee & Ricky are New York born twins who are self taught and highly inspired by their youth. If this watch is at all questionable to you, then simply view the video they made below with direct and video artist Kenzo Digital (which will appeal to all Lego and G-Shock fans). Don't worry, the Casio part of it comes in later
Hello,I've but keeping an eye on these forums for a while since I have been looking to buy my first quality watch. I used to have a Citizen that got stolen and some digital ones in the good old 80s, but I recently fell in love with swiss watches. After reading many of the good posts and seen some excellent I decided that I wanted to join to Planet Ocean club. I've had some bad experiences buying online, so I'm looking to buy at an AD this time around.I will be traveling to the US in a week and will be making stops in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vegas. Does anyone any good places to buy the PO around those cities and possible with a good discount? The dollar currency isn't too bad right now, so I thought that it would be a good opportunity. Any help will be appreciated. I'm looking forward to join the club. :)The dane
