Patek Philippe 3605 wrist watches news:
Tom has suggested - and I agree - that we 'stick' the occupations thread. However I think that the stickies are getting out of hand; I live on a 14" laptop and the stickies pretty much consume most of the screen real estate when I open this forum page.So I think it's time to meld a few of the stickies. I've looked at the task several times but haven't figured out which threads to combine. I don't think it will be a simple task. Guessing that the way forward is probably to create a few 'master' stickies and move the existing stickies into them. Create a post with number of links to the old stickies.......The other problem is I don't have the time to do anything other than simple tasks here right now. On the basis that a problem shared is a problem solved, I would appreciate any thoughts anyone may have on this matter!
Just strolling thru the mall with my lady. Of course, I go into Tourneau just to see what's there. I ask why the omega section is dwindling. Apparently, they are phasing omega out. Everything was 20% off. In my past experience, very Lorre discounting happening there. Anyway, I try on the 9300 ti speedmaster, blue on blue. I knew at they moment I wasn't leaving without it. I did some searches. With the 20%, the price was very competitive. I was shocked. But it had to be done. I promised myself no big purchases so I'll have to flip something, but no regrets. Pics don't do this beauty any justice.
Hey guys. I recently picked up a brand new PO for Christmas. Ever since I got it, I've been pretty much adoring my watch nonstop. I've never been so happy until about fifteen minutes ago...I realized that my watch would change its date 6 minutes prior to midnight. My Explorer II date wouldn't budge or move even the slightest bit until the last second of the last minute of the last hour. This SMP Planet Ocean seems to start moving it's date at 11:30 and completely change its date at 11:54. Here are some pictures of the changes. So I called the number I found on this forum for their customer service. An agent picked up the phone and I told him my issue. He responded by telling me that it is normal for a co-axial movement to change the date any time between 11:45 to 12:15. And then he insisted that if I sent in my watch that he could have it adjusted but it's completely up to me. At this point, I'm just thinking like WOW. I just spent a lot of money on something that has to be fi
Hi everone, I am a first time Rolex Shopper and in doubt between choosing the Submariner Dated (116610LN) or the GMT Master II (116710LN). Sound like the GMT looks bigger on your wrist because of the size of the number on the bezel. I need your professionsal opinion about the model that I have to choose.
In terms of Rolex Memorabilia, can I get your thoughts on whether a Rolex leather Key chain will have value in the future? When I purchased a watch from an AD he was kind enough to gift me this awesome leather key chain. When I came home I put it away and forget about it. A few months later when I was cleaning my closet I found the key chain again and was curious to learn more about it. When I went to google it, I was shocked that it was going for $200+ on the web. Thanks in advance.
