3717 IWC Scrach on Case - Service? Polish/Buff
All, Thank you all for your great advice and recommendation for an AD. I purchased the 3717-04 (bracelet) for a great price. Unfortunately, I scratched the case! I am currently located in Philadelphia. Does anyone know any reputable watch repair shops that could polish / buff / fix the scratches? They are not deep but on the case on top/outside of the sapphire glass. thank you SO much.

Ultimate luxury sports watch?
I didn't really know in what section to post this, so decided to post here, what are the ultimate sport watch brands?There's Rolex of course but for me it's not a luxury brand, it's a middle high end brand, then there's Richard Mille, they could be considered the ultimate sport pieces but only one thing bothers me with them is the low WR, for me a sports watch should have at least 100m WR, apart their diver models the WR is 30m as I understand, at the same time even if the WR was 200m would you really go for a swim with a 100K or more watch? I think I would not.Then there's the ROO line, multiple choice of metals, sizes, 42 and 44mm, for me the best are clearly the ones with ceramic or cermet bezel, the unscratchable factor is for me very, very important, I got the full ceramic diver because I find it hot looking and the AP ceramic seems to be up to taking a beating and resisting it, I wouldn't have any problem swimming or doing sports with it, something I wouldn't do with my PP 5712,

What will happen to prices on the 5980r?
What will happen to the second hand market for a 5980R RG? I bought one new about 6 months ago for a pretty good price.Are prices going to shoot up now or in the not so distant future? Alternatively, will prices drop? Opinions are much appreciated.If pricing goes my way I will likely upgrade and get the 5980/1R-001.
