Jaeger LeCoultre Jaeger LeCoultre 36921 wrist watches news:
I am not sure if everyone makes it over to the General Discussion Forum - I thought this could be posted here as well for obvious reasons .I am sure that many of the people you work with are aware of your addict...er...hobby. My boss and I have had several discussions surrounding fine timepieces. On occasion, we also get to talk with clients about their watches - if I notice something unique. My box has a Rolex Cellini and enjoys it quite a bit. It is his pride and joy from a watch standpoint. So, one day he mentioned that he had some old watches of his dad's and that he would give them to me. He has no children and preferred that they go to someone who would appreciate them. The topic was discussed and not brought up again. I had forgotten about it and then we met in Miami for a client of ours. My boss produced a ziplock bag with 3 watches. What is a "pearlized" dial? I've seen the term in different posts, but don't understand what it means. The dial perimeter on my "Gordon" appears pearl colored to my eye is that "pearlized?"I ask because my Gordon dial needs refinishing and I read that "pearlized" dials can't be redone. Can someone tell me if this is true and whether it's a concern with the Gordon model? I want to send the Gordon dial to ID. It will be my first dial refinish. Any tips or cautions will be much appreciated. Tx, piscator

What is the best two watch combo?1. Ceramic Daytonas Daytona 116500 white Daytona 116500 black2. 50th Anniversary SD 43 16610 LV3. Pepsi 16710 BLRO 126710 BLRO4. Other - Fill in the blank? For me, the 50th anniversary references are iconic but the two ceramic daytonas are spectacular.
I have a sub c current model but I have been looking at both Hulk and Batman. Are the watches the same thickness and do they wear the same? I have had my name down for ages at AD but fear I may need to take the pre-owned plunge! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
