ok !i have this omega that i think is from the 50s it has the 266 mouv. 17 jewels the numbers i could see is 13955510 and in back of case inside says 2750-3 .then the bracelet is a 1039.can anyone help me to find out what model is this and some more info ???thanks guys[ATTACH=CONFIG]23226[/IMG_1453[1].jpgATTACH]

Fixer upper - worth it?
How difficult would it be to find the missing parts for this, and once found, would I be able to install them myself without proper watch maker's tools?cgi.ebay/Vintage-Benrus-A...#ht_500wt_1182Oops, never mind. Just saw it's in Canada. I haven't been brave enough to deal with the importation regulations yet, and have no idea what they are. Does NAFTA allow purchases like this from Canada without duty, etc.?It looks clean, and is an auto with no date, which is kind of what I'm inclined to look at recently.

FC and Watch movement
Hi Folks,anyone knows in detail how does the movement of the 44mm FC gets attached to the casing ? Is it via old school method of a screwing in the movement or through some other process ? Have always been curious especially now we see ceramics/carbon fibre/sapphire crystal being used as watch cases.thank you wilson
