Hello everyone I am new to this forum, and I would like to know if anyone out there has an interest in MuDu watches. My grandfather left me one when he passed away, and it is a nice timepiece. I had it cleaned and it appealed to me so much that I have acquired a couple more. The brand has a strange history as far as I can tell, being basically smuggled in to the UK through Bristol docks in the 1950s/60s apparently to avoid import duties. The story is that they were produced "out of hours" in the Blancpain factory from spare parts by employees looking to make a profit. There are a few around, I think rather undervalued, although many are in poor condition. Interestingly, I have never seen two the same!I would love to hear of anyone who owns one or who could add to this story I will get around to posting pics of mine some time soon.Best regards and enjoy your timepieces all.

Nancy's son out west has an old friend, now living in Australia, visiting for the holidays. He's now a fighter pilot in the RAAF. I received the pic below in an email this morning, and here's the text of the messages: Very cool, definitely not a safe queen!Is it a RAAF issued watch?AlYep...he flies an F-14 Tomcat for the Australian Airforce.79 of these were made. He got #11. It was the number of his first plane.His watch is light. Made of Titanium.Cool watch...
