- I bought this watch yesterday when I wasn't even shopping for a watch. It looks really classy with the leather band and the sun/moon part is really cool.

Rado R27957702 wrist watches news:
i've been waiting for 5 months for this. it arrived on friday the same day the rolex execs came in for the 3 day event, isn't that strange, a white milgauss also came in but they limited me to the daytona or the milgauss but not both. i took the daytona with a quickness. now if the milgauss had been the green crystal i'd had to take it of course but still a hard decision. but luckily the milgauss was the regular one.
Thought I'd share and somebody may find usefullThis is about my attempt to clean up brushed parts of my SMP 300 bracelet with Scotch 3M product. This is not my idea, i picked it up a while ago from some gentleman on the web who also wrote some reviews on SMPs and Submariners. I was reading this about 3 years ago when my SMP was still all fresh and new.Today my SMP is well used and have a lot of age marks, so passing by this Scotch thing in the Walmart, i thought i will give this a try. Anyway, here are some pictures with results. Before (i only took before picture after finishing one half, so on this one one half is done and one is 'before', in process (i was covering polished parts of the bracelet with tape), and after. I didn't polished the small parts of teh bracelet in between two polished bars, and haven't tuched the polished parts at all, but even said, i have impression that my SMP bracelet looks freasher after this process. Also see the picture of the clasp - every SMP owner wil
I like the new Planet Oceans. I was thinking about buying the 8500 with orange bezel but I think I prefer the new one which is more subtle and also interested to see how the rubber aspect works. I also like the new numerals and the ceramic dial which gives the dial a translucent effect like the LM LE. Looking forward to seeing it for real.
I don't want to use the word grail because IMO that is reserved for an unattainable piece but throughout my short 10 years of collecting watches I think this piece may be very hard to top for Me. It was through dumb luck and daily EXCESSIVE reading of the forums that I came across the availability of this piece. Many, many, Thanks to my friend KarlS for putting me in touch with his AD. If it was not for him there is no way I would've obtained this beauty as it was sitting in an ADs safe sealed and unknown to most. To my knowledge they only made 5 of these pieces. Last year at the London Exhibition Patek re-released several retired models (5970-3970-5070-5050-5059-3940) in very small quantities. NOS movements and cases were used and never before seen dials were made for them. .salonqp/updates/watch...on-exhibition/ I always wanted a Patek Salmon Dial and when I read about these pieces on display at the Saatchi Gallery in London over a year ago I was just in awe but figured there
OP6500 you BET it is!
