Seiko SNZH91 wrist watches news:
Now Gals and GuysWe probably wear our (main ) watches on average 10 to 12 hours a day, right? The service interval of a cal 1120 SMP is approximately 5 years. So if you wear your watch 6 hours a day, would the service interval be lengthened proportionately? You may say that 6 hours a day may not be sufficient to keep the power reserve topped up but would this affect the watch? Let's assume that it doesn't and 6 hours is ample, what do you say to my original hypothesis?....at least before the men in white coats come for me Y'all be well now pals ZIN
Having smallish wrists (6.75") on which a 36mm watch with thin bezel looks quite large enough, I have been hesitant to buy a regular-sized (42-45mm) or even medium (39mm) Pilot watch. I chanced yesterday to come upon a new-ish model on Archimede's website, the 36mm Pilot S (ARCHIMEDE Pilot S | Automatic Watch | Mid Size | 36mm, which looked to fit the bill for me. I opted to order one with the black strap and deployant buckle. In the meantime, I am wearing my late-40s cal. 89 IWC (not German, I know, but does show a good 36mm size on my wrist):
Hi I'm new member to the forum. My apology in advance if this question/topic has already been covered (although I did search past threads for this).I'm currently on serious search for secondhand 15300 or 15400. 15202 is on my peripheral radar but that would bust my budget and result in several weeks instant noodles as opposed to regular meal. Been doing some research on this the the biggest red flag I noticed are movement reliability and fragile nature of the aforementioned AP models (in comparison to my current Rolex BLNR).Please allow me to break down my question by the number:1. Dial color. The blue/grey dial is obviously the most popular AP dial colour and retain best resale value (often times 15-20% higher value than the other two colours). After that which one come next...white or black?2. Size. Strangely enough I never measure my wrist size. I can comfortably pull off my 40mm Rolex BLNR and even my previous 42mm Rolex Explorer II. Would 39mm or 41mm fit me better? For that matte
Hello, I am looking for assistance in this dial variation. What would you call these arrows at the 12, 3 & 9 position. Would this dial have a name/type?This watch is 267 movement and 2900-4 case back from the 1950'scheersShawn
