I have been running tests on one of my Rolexes and other watches. I found something really important. If this has been mentioned somewhere before, I haven't seen it. I didn't really know this.So, I got a couple watches, wound them up, took them upstairs and watched them off and on for 24 hours. Both were 12 seconds too fast, or so. So, I thought I would reset the Rolex and wear it for 24 hours. Now I am at 27 hours and I'm pleased to report the Rolex is +4 sec fast. Well within COSC specs. I'm relieved. On my other wrist for testing purposes is a Ball Night Train. It has done about 15 hours at this point. It is +2 sec fast. Also within COSC specs.What have I learned? That body temp and movement keeps your watch running accurately - and is probably good for your watch.I was keeping all of my watches in a room in my basement. It is a bit cool down there. We do little downstairs, so it is not kept at comfortable room temps. I have proven to myself that these somewhat coole
