I took a little trip today to the village of Williamsville, NY, a very nice suburb of Buffalo where resides Time and Time, upstate NY's ONLY Hamilton AD owned by David and Tina. David was in today and we had a great chat. I even invited him to visit the forum and join us in conversation. The shop is a relatively small operation with several lines of watches and clocks and soon to expand into more jewelry sales. David is a self-trained watchmaker and I gathered that repairs are the bulk of his business. He had about a dozen or 15 new Hamilton's on display including a nice selections of women's Hammies. He showed me the LE rose gold pocket watch with the Unitas movement. I also held the Khaki Frogman with black rubber strap. Nice size and a very nice look. The majority of stock was in Khaki Navy and Khaki Air and in person, they all looked great. I told him that the JazzMaster was a fave here and he agreed that it is a very nice watch although the Maestro was not a big seller becau
I seem to recall someone here who has the watch below, who replaced the strap with a black one with yellow stitching. Anyone know who makes that strap, what size I need (I think 21mm?), and where to get it?
Enjoying the 15400, but have an opportunity to pick one up so was considering the move.Has anyone gone from a 15400 to a 15202 and if so, were they happy with the move - lack of screw down crown / running secs / less robust piece etc. how is it living with a 15202 vs a 15400?thanks for any tips
Thanks this is the new addition and is in the mail..
