1st Omega?...I need your help if possible: need of a few 9-piece 2054.50 Bracelet

I'm sure this is a simple question... changing a Monster strap?
The last time I tried to change a strap on a watch that had holes all the way through the lugs it was a big mistake. I thought it had a spring bar, and the holes were just an easy way to compress the spring. As it turns out, it was a press-fit pin with a collar, and I bent it beyond repair. I don't want to do make another mistake because of an assumption.Thanks!Oh, the question, in case it isn't obvious, is "How do you change the strap on a Seiko Monster - particularly a 2nd generation Monster?"

Paying picture debt, Part I
I totally lost my camera, and was waiting to get a DSLR, that hopefully I will in the next two or three weeks, but in the meantime, I got another P&S, the same model I had, but for less than a half of the cost, as it's a discountinued model, but indeed a very nice camera (Powershot S5 IS)So, as I am a big picture indebted to the forum, I'm starting to pay with one of my last adquisitions, Edouard Lauzieres TuscanyI tried to make a domestic difusser using some white paper in a drawing table lamp, so here's the result, I will be improving it, until my last "picture issue" when I take the pics of my Planet Oceanbut maybe it will be the second issue, as I don't have the other three watches with me yet :mad:Hopefully, all my debt will be paid soon, as soon as I get the watches , my OM and BM still on transit, my Limited Edition Accutron Astronaut, still in transit, and starting to have me very worried, as this is a one of a kind piece, and my country's post office is not the most trusta

Why are we so tough on Movado?
Before I put this on today, I took a good look at my 20-plus-year-old Movado for the first time in years. It's actually very nicely made. Has good fit and finish, a screwed in caseback, sapphire crystal with anti-glare, crocodile strap, accurate quartz movement and relatively unique styling. It's performed flawlessly over the two decades or so that I've owned it.We watch enthusiasts frequently zap Movado. I've done it, too. Now I'm wondering why. It's a very solid brand. Perhaps the only thing I can say is the brand is over-priced. But when I think about the years of dependable service I've gotten from my Movado, I'm not even certain about that.What do you say?
