TAG Heuer CV 2114-d wrist watches news:
In addition to Tissot, Certina offers nicely designed Swiss watches are affordable prices, and is part of the Swatch Group. While not as common in the US, there are some real nice Certina timepieces that should be considered when looking for a decently priced quartz watch. Though there are mechanical Certina watches available as well. Basically, Certina watches are priced in the 200 - 2,000 euro zone.Almost all Certina sport watches have a name that starts with "DS." This stands for "Double Security" and is more a safe sounding name than impressive technology. It just means that their cases are durable (not sure just HOW durable), are 100 meters water resistant, and have sapphire crystals. This watch is the DS Rookie, a funny sounding name for a good youthful timepiece that doesn't look chintzy. At 40mm wide, Certina is literally aiming straight at the young make demographic with this watch - those more mature adults who prefer 40mm wide cases will find the DS Rooking a good wear. The
This week has been crazy, sorry I haven't announced this sooner!Orbita will be closed from June 29 thru July 13 for summer holiday. This will include the Outlet Store as well. Any orders placed between those dates will not be processed until July 13th.Thank you and we'll see you after the break!Kevin
There's something about this model ("contemporary), 40mm that intrigues me. Shown without a bracelet or strap. I like it best with a black alligator strap with white stitching. Anyone have an EB? Whacha think of it?
I have a couple of watches with the 3135, 3186, and just added a couple with the 3235. The 3135 and 3186 advance the time with a forward turn on the crown. The 3235 advances time with a rearward turn. I was always under the impression that the forward turn to advance the time was something of a Rolex signature. With the exception of my chronos, I believe even the Tudors have that function / feature. Can anyone give me some insight on the change?E-
