1963 Constellation ~ Is This Kosher ?
Hi fellas, Still looking for a watch for my hubby that might suit. I've been searching the net and ebay over the last month trying to bring myself up to speed on the amazingly diverse range of Omegas. So many people selling, including some watch dealers, that give limited info as to the calibre, production no. and case number. This one 120705535574 on ebay doesn't check many of the boxes only that it's supposed to be a Constellation. Only thing is that it's supposed to be made in 1963, but it's movement looks unlike any I've seen from all the others of this era.Is it kosher ? Thanks again.Mel

Vintage GS and KS...
Warming up for the week end with three "new" vintage pieces today.Furthest to the left is a King Seiko 4402-8000 from 1968. Middle one a Grand Seiko, no date, 5641-7000 from 1971. Finally, a 4522-8000, hand wound 36.6000 bph from 1968. The last one has a very speedy date change which I particurlarly like. A few more pictures below. Enjoy!

Would selfishly like to see the three shades of blue - in one pic - if possible :-)Surely someone has this ultimate comparison shot?I know lighting makes a big difference...I suppose a photo with all models would be the best way - apart from seeing the watches in the metal at the same time.Cheers

Going south and turning over a new leaf. I took advantage of the rare occurrence that I had them all in one place. There is a method to the collection. I normally bring one from each of the following 4 groups home a week. Photo One: Rolex PMPhoto Two: PP Dress PiecesPhoto Three: Weekend CasualPhoto Four: Vintage Rolex & One OffsThat way usage gets rotated, I have all occasions covered and limited security concerns. With that I will cease participating for a prolonged period. The recent banning of a number of high profile members who contributed great content, has in my opinion diminished controversial or thought provoking subject matter and lessened discourse. As a result my general interest has diminished. I assume this was the moderators intent and completely respect their decisions to cultivate a certain decorum.
