Does anyone know of a blue or red dialed diver with a Pepsi bezel with an offset crown that's under 42 mm? If the crown is in the standard 3:00 position, it would have to be under 39 mm. Seiko, Orientwhatever brand - suggestions please!

I am not watch smart yet but I like older watches and I'd like to investigate the purchase of older IWC watches from about 1930 to around 1960.1) Is there a particular IWC model that is generally considered to be the most collectible?2) Is there a collector favorite that has the fortunate combination of style and high quality movement?3) Are there particular years to avoid IWC watches generally?4) and conversely, Are there particular years where a certain model is considered a great buy?Thanks
