Technomarine 110030C wrist watches news:
It was only a matter of time before Hamilton decided it was time for a real rehash of the classic Ventura watch. This is not to be confused with now defunct Ventura watches. The Ventura watch model from Hamilton first came out in the age of pre-quartz electronic watches. When "electronic" watches meant something futuristic and exotic. It was the spacey look of the watch that really mattered though. At the time, it was really "out there." Shaped like a shield on its side - many with the popular two-tone leather strap - the Ventura has been in production for over 50 years. It is funny that only more recently have the watches become mechanical. The 50th anniversary Hamilton Ventura sported a partially skeletonized face and ETA 2824-2 automatic mechanical movement. The Ventura has screen time in at least one film. It was worn by the heroes in the Men in Black movies, going along with the retro space-age theme. Over 50 years, very little changed with the look of the Ventura case itself, whic

Because there has been quite some show of Aqua Terras recently, it makes me want it more and more and more...There was a chance where I could get one earlier in the month, but I passed on it because it was a quartz. No harm there, but I don't think the asking price is justifiable, so I passed on it.Until last week, an AD-friend told me that one of his regulars wants to trade-back an AT he sold him some time ago, around last year or so - and asked me if I was interested in seeing it. I said sure - why not, I always wanted an AT in my collection anyway, and this one is said to be in great condition. I had my reservations, so I told him Let me know when you get it.So a few days back, he did get it, and I came over to see the watch. The watch turns out to be in great condition as stated - not so good on the leather band though, so the picture here is with my own croco strap. It also unfortunately came without a bracelet... I had a bit of a doubt regarding that, so if I make the purchase - m
Some ADs are really good and some are really bad. There are some in between. Given the demand for certain models watches, the AD requires you to be on a list, or has unwritten terms and conditions, or play games, some lie and some want you to build a relationship or just spend a lot of $$! There are other shenanigans. What would be the ideal AD policies for sale? What if TRF members can setup an AD and sell watches to TRF members? What kind of terms and conditions for sales would you want? Or what kind of features would you all want from such ab AD? First come first serve? Transparent list? Online sales (though highly unlikely)? Buy only at list price or discount on all of them? Sent from my ONEPLUS A5000 using Tapatalk
