Looking through the caseback i noticed that a screw had came off thus jamming the movement. Rolex and panerai do not have such problem even an ETA movement is more reliable. Sent in my watch for servicing and told me it will take 2 months. Write into ap website and they just redirected back to the service center with the standard reply telling me a screw had misaligned (which is what i reported to them ) . It seems that they are not very interested in taking care of their customers. This is my first and most likely last AP pieces that i will ever own . Super disappointed for such a luxury piece
