- This watch is very beautiful and looks very expensive. It seems to keep time fairly well. It does lose a minute every now and then. It is a bit heavy to wear as an every day watch but is great for an evening out.

Tissot Tissot 47538 wrist watches news:
It's an unfortunate fact that the world of watches is fundamentally geared towards those who have the ability to see. Eone Timepieces is looking to change that with the Bradley, a watch designed to be read in a tactile manner regardless of your ability to see the watch. Eone takes it a step further and makes the Bradley pretty cool looking as well - which in a way is ironic given that it is meant for people who cannot see. Clearly the public agrees that there is a market for such a watch since the company's $40,000 Kickstarter goal has been shattered to a total nearing $300,000 at the time of writing. Obviously Eone is doing something right.Sure, "talking" cheap digital watches have existed for some time and I've seen some feeble attempts at braille watches before but none have looked and felt like legitimate watches. There are a few design elements which point to making the Bradley a success where others fall short. Time is indicated by two ball bearings ?which ride in a pair of track
Hello everyone....new to the forum and requesting a little help. I am looking to purchase my first Rolex (likely pre-owned) and have been doing some research (still have quite a bit more to do) and looking at various sites (some sponsors of this site as well). This is probably a stupid question. Some sites say they use Italian made SS bracelets for their watches, does this mean they are aftermarket, non-OEM bands? I thought all Rolex parts were Swiss made. Any help would be appreciated.
photo (1).JPGDoes anyone have an idea on how to find a band replacement for a 1982 Seamaster Titanium and gold. The band is sold gold and titanium. I have attached a picture. Band is worn out and jeweler says it will break.
So I just got this watch and wound it for the first time and it's running grossly fast (10 minutes per hour). I'm a newbie and therefore don't fully understand the workings of mechanical watches, but I've read some possibilities like the watch being "magnetized" or rattled during shipping and can be knocked back into place.Do I need to see a watchmaker or is there an easy way to diagnose this and solve it myself? I do want to learn to tinker with these myself...Thanks in advance.Adam
