Does anyone have any info on the vintage, model #, movement, etc on this Hampden Watch. I have had it for many years, and don't know who passed it down in my family. I never tried winding it until a few minutes ago - it works!

Hello All,Newbie here. I just bought my first Breitling and I'm hoping you guys can help me get more information on the watch. From what the seller described the watch to be (1960ca BREITLING CHRONO), I can't locate more technical information. I've searched around on the web quite a bit but to no avail. When I get the watch, I'm thinking of getting it fully restored and adding stainless steel bands to it but I'm not sure if the watch is worth that much work. Any information provided would be greatly appreciated. I love the watch either way but prefer to be more knowledgeable of it. See pics below:

Between these two superb movements, how do they compare?Which costs more to produce?Which is more accurate?Which has a superior overall quality?I read that the Valjoux 7750 has been in use since 1973 and has a good history throughout the watch industry.I do not have information on the Valgranges A07-211.Does anyone have a comparative opinion on these movements?

To flip or not to flip? That is the question
Most of you know that I've recently picked up a 5711 and I'm currently enjoying it very much. It definitely gets the most wrist time out of the few pieces that I own. I wake up every morning and head to the safe, look at both my Nautilus and my AP and I ponder for no more than half a second before I grab my Patek.I have not lost any love for the 15300 but I'm concerned that there are too many similarities between it and my 5711. So much so, that I would always prefer the Patek to the AP in any situation.So here's the dilemma. I've pretty much hit the wall for now on how much I'd like to invest into watches. I don't regret venturing into the world of haute horology but it has definitely limited me to the number of pieces I can possess at any one time. I'm also a person who craves variety and I'm always looking to achieve some sort of balance.While I'm very happy with my current collection I'm constantly thinking about what I can add/replace to have a more well rounded collection. So tha

Hey guysAfter much contemplating, I pulled the trigger yesterday and bought myself a 2006, 14000M, Rolex Air King. Watch is in excellent condition with only one previous owner who barely wore it and it just had its first service a couple of weeks ago. I already have a 116610LN and thought this piece looked quite dressy and gorgeous (I'm a sucker for applied batons). Watch is in the post by next day special delivery and will have it tomorrow.
