- This watch looks and feels like a million bucks! I usually wear my Tag Heuer, but when the battery died and it had to be sent off for replacement, I bought the Invicta. Suddenly, I'm in no hurry for my Tag to come back.

Ulysse Nardin 265-66/625 wrist watches news:
Since 2002, Chopard has partnered with the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, a racing event devoted to historical racecars, which takes place along the same route as the Monaco Grand Prix. As official timekeeper, Chopard this year launches a new chronograph wristwatch inspired by the design of sportscars from the 1970s.? The first Grand Prix de Monaco Historique was intended as a one-off event to commemorate the 700th anniversary of Monaco’s Grimaldi dynasty, but it generated so much enthusiasm that it is now held every two years. It is now considered one of the world¡¯s most important gatherings of historical racecars, and attracts the upper echelon of automobile collectors and enthusiasts, mostly from the United States, Germany, France and Italy. Each year’s event showcases more than 200 cars that have made their mark on their era, including models from Delage, Bugatti, Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Porsche, Maserati and Ferrari, as well as some of the first Formula 1 cars buil

I know and can see, most of the earlier Constellations (pre-65) are sought-after by collectors.I intend getting a Constellation watch, too. However, the way the earlier Constellations are priced, definitely they are beyond me.Alternatively, I feel like getting a Constellation 'C' (with caliber 561 or 564), since the asking price is still within reason, but the question is, will it ever be a collectible time-piece, some years from now.Which one is the best to pick up, an 18k solid yellow gold one, pink gold or a white gold one?
Apologies if anyone finds this blasphemous but when will PP ever sell a bigger size watch? I know this is a hot topic and secretly I hope someone can tell me of one but to be honest it's the only thing I need to complete my small but modest collection. If nautilus or calatrava was bigger I'd own one.Do you think things will ever change? Comments, advice and enraged comments welcome
I just bought a made in 1999 (A-Serial) 16613 blue faced sub. It has a SWISS dial and a TT bracelet, but doesn't have the gold through the clasp. For those of you that own a similar model, does it bother you that the gold does not go through the clasp? Have you considered getting an upgraded bracelet? This one appears to contain evidence that it was serviced by Rolex in 2015 and that paperwork helped me make the decision on this watch compared to paying about $300 more for one made a year later that had the gold through the clasp. I suppose the version I am getting may not scratch as easily as a gold through clasp model bracelet while I'm typing. I dunno. Maybe I should just order another one so I'll have one of each? The watch is currently incoming and I'll post pics when it arrives. Hopefully that will be by the end of the week.
