Ulysse Nardin 330-48 wrist watches news:
Blancpain CEO Marc Hayek and driving partner Peter Kox drove their Lamborghini Gallardo to another win in the Super Trofeo auto racing series at the historic Silverstone (UK) road course last weekend. The fourth event in the series took place within the context of the British F3/GT Championship. Renowned for its varied race course enabling top speeds of 190+ mph, Silverstone welcomes all kinds of competitions throughout the year including the MotoGP, Superbike and World Aerobatic championships. To celebrate the championship racing series, Blancpain introduced the 300 piece limited edition Super Trofeo flyback chronograph at Basel this year. The 43.5mm DLC case houses a NAC-treated Caliber F185 movement with black mainplate and bridges. The 308 part manual winding movement provides hour, minute, small seconds and date display at 6 o¡¯clock, as well as chronograph indications with a central sweep seconds hand, 30-minute counter at 3 o¡¯clock and 12-hour counter at 9 o¡¯clock, and of course
This is a big one. We've already shown you a beautiful steel, sector dial Laurent Ferrier for Only Watch 2015, and as of late last night, an incredible unique Tudor designed to mimic one the rarest vintage Tudors of all time (also the first officially unique offering from Tudor or Rolex, ever!) but the Only Watch offering from Patek is something special. The reason being that, in year's past, the charitable auction has, at the end of the day, been something of a one trick pony with more than half of the entire sale's proceeds coming from one watch – the Patek Philippe. In 2011, a stainless steel 3939 (minute repeating tourbillon) closed in on 2 million dollars. In 2013, a titanium 5004 broached the 4 million dollar mark, and now we've got yet another absolutely massive piece for 2015. This is the discontinued grand complicatoin reference 5016. In steel. With a blue, enamel dial. 1 OF 6 So what is the 5016? It was at one point the most complicated wris
How do they compare in terms of accuracy? I have the 2254.50 and I have set the time about 3 1/2 days ago and the watch seems only 3 seconds faster than the atomic clock. Is that the norm for the 1120 movement? How about the 3135 movement. What are people seeing in terms of accuracy? Thanks
breitlingforbentley/en/BENTLEY BARNATO RACINGIMPRESSIVE FEATS ACHIEVED IN GRAND STYLE In 1923, Walter Owen Bentley sent one of his speed machines to take part in the first edition of the Le Mans 24 Hours. In 1924, the British firm created a sensation by winning the race with a Bentley 3 Litres – a feat that it accomplished four more times, in 1927, 1928, 1929 and 1930, the two latter victories being earned in a Speed 6. This was the era of the legendary Bentley Boys: Benjafield, Birkin, Davis, Rubin, Kidston and above all Barnato, the most famous of them all, a multi-millionaire diamond merchant. Gifted sportsmen, authentic amateurs, often fabulously wealthy and irresistible charmers, the Bentley Boys raced first and foremost for honour, fired by a taste for challenges. Dedicated as much to partying as to winning, they were to leave an indelible imprint on the Bentley spirit: an unmistakable blend of performance and luxury. In 2003, Bentley revived its glorious sporting past by s
I have just received a Watchadoo bracelet for my Black Monster, along with a spring bar tool. I have never tried to any of this before but thought I'd give it a go.I managed to put on the bracelet, but it was quite a tight fit. I thought I might have needed to file down the ends of the bracelet, but got it on in the end. But, the bracelet is too long and needs adjusting. I thought that I would be able to do this too but haven't been able to. I found some instructions on the web, but it didn't really seem to work for me.So, and suggestions on how to do this? Do I need a special tool? Do I try and push in where the arrows are, or in the direction the arrows are pointing?Any help greatly appreciated!
