- Received the watch in 5 days. Perfect brand new condition. 41 mm is a good size..., but not huge. Nice sports watch. I could not be happier.

- I wanted a light weight digital watch. My wife bought a nicer looking band with a fasten clip as opposed to removing links from the stretch band.

Ulysse Nardin 243-92b/632 wrist watches news:
I'm just wondering if anyone is hearing the same thing.Rumor has it that Rolex USA President Allen Brill is on his way out. Rolex is saying officially that sales are only off by about 4%, but rumor has it that sales are actually off by double digits. The board is looking for a fresh young face to head up RUSA - the most important market for Rolex. Someone who won't shove watches down the throats of AD's, then turn around and penalize them for selling watches "out the back door."All this is of course completely unconfirmed rumor....anyone hearing anything along these lines?
I was debating getting a pre owned GMT II or a pre owned sub. Called my local AD on a whim, and found out they had a Sub C in stock. Well a few minutes later, I came back to work in a new one. I was surprised about the amount of discount I got a sports model.IMAG0043.jpgIMAG0045.jpgIMAG0046.jpgEddie
All, This is my first post on TZ. I am extremely interested in purchasing the IWC Pilot Chrono with a bracelet, in addition to buying a leather strap found on the -01 model. The bracelet version I'm looking at is attached.I have a few authorized dealers in mind that I've been talking to but I'm not sure how much of a discount I can expect. The 3717-04 (bracelet) retails at $5800, while the individual strap costs $375 (I THINK). I have received a quote for approximately 10% off versus the grey market dealers of 25% off. Please PM me and provide any information on a good authorized dealer that ships tax free! THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!
WatchFan got me thinking about a watch project that RGM did with Hamilton 222 series. I've had these parts put away for years (the movement, the case, and the band). Can anyone help me with the following things?1. Need info on a dial and hands(What styles would work)2. Have to find a watchmaker (I know the mov. will have to be converted)3. Want feed back from members who have done project watches Check out the pics of what I have and any feed back will be appreciated. Thank you, Ivan1998
I happened to catch a few minutes of a networks show on a new watch line, 32 Degrees, last evening. I have never heard of this brand but I doubt many have heard of many watch companies unless you are a WIS.At any rate, the owner came out and flatly stated he uses Seagull works. He then went on to describe the various grades in Chinese watches, going from B - AAA, with the latter being the best. He also talked about the Chinese ebache movements made for Swiss companies. As the Swiss companies either provide the parts or assemble parts of them, they get to meet the Swiss Made standard.I have to respect a vendor who comes right out and states " I use these parts" or " they are made in ....." and stands behind his product. No games about " best factories", or "best products". He even has some watches for $179.00 with 5 piece cases. Now why can he sell them for that price and companies like Renato are selling them for 3 times or more? His cases looked well made also. I would not own one mys
