Linde Werdelin Land Instrument Review: More Than A Watch, More Than A Wrist Computer
"Instrument" is probably the best term to describe this nifty little device. It packs a lot of functionality, probably more than you'll ever use. The best way to describe it is a multifunction wristtop computer (term borrowed from Suunto) suitable for extreme conditions that can actually help you survive if you use it properly. The Land Instrument is made by Linde Werdelin, a manufacturer of primarilyluxury watches, and interestingly enough, the Land Instrument is more reasonably priced than you might suspect given its pedigree and functionality. The current price is about $1,100.The name really sums it up: "Land Instrument." It is meant for land based operation as opposed to Linde Werdelin's upcoming Sea Instrument. Specifically, the functions are focused on cold weather, high altitude exploration. For example, it features such notices as an "avalanche warning" or "frostbite warning." In the photo above, you can see the bluish steel hands and bright points on the inner dial. The Sapphire date Magnifier is integrated with taste in the Crown area. The Crown does not tap valve when you wind you can only enable it. The bracelet is a beautiful worksheet, with threaded pins, in a very unique style. There are two screws, one on each side, and when remove you them, you push a PIN of the environment. The bracelet has this smooth, tight sensation in it reminds me of my Breitling Bracelets. The watch is polished, but the bracelet is brushed in the links of the environment. Here is a shot of the back, showing a little more of the bracelet and notice how the design of the Crown may even on the back of the watch. It is a very nice attention to detail.

Hello, Does anyone know what model of quartz movement Wenger has in their Aquagraph Tide Watch 70832? It's an ETA 9 jewel movement. I don't want to open my new watch up just yet, I'm just curious as to what movement is used.

RG 26320 Questions
These have really piqued my interest as of late (26320 PG). Ultimately I want to purchase a RG on bracelet - does it make sense to purchase it on a strap and buy the bracelet later (do they even come up for sale)? Or the other way around - buy the deployment and strap after? What do the deployment clasps / bracelets usually run?Finally - what is a good price to pay a 26320 on a strap or bracelet in the second hand market? I see them under $40k on a bracelet and $25Kish on a strap- what do private sales usually trade around?Sorry for all the questions! My ROO Panda is getting a little large and see no wrist time anymore- so looking to swap!
