Zenith 03.2080.4021/21.C496 wrist watches news:
I have been wondering about this for a while now. Although the manual says that once exposed to salt water one should clean with warm fresh water and soap, I wonder if prolonged exposure to soapsuch as the soap one uses while they shower is harmful for the watch or any other kind of soap for that matter. Also, should the watch be exposed to water on a daily basis? In the states, our water, at least where I live, has chlorine even if it is a negligible amount and I don't think it is known what chlorine can do to a watch if exposed on a daily basis for a very long time, even if not done intentionally. So, this leaves me to wonder how should one care for their watch on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? What should be avoided? What does one have to do to make sure ones Omega lasts a lifetime?
Hey guys...just came across this speedy pro on the bay...with a 316XXXXX movement from the early 70'sthe guy later( after i emailed him) edited the listing and added Buyer should satisfy him/her self as to the date of manufacture of the dial, hands and caseback.I did email the seller and inform him that the movement and the dial were more than 30 years apart and i was told to mind my own business. Here is the link
Hey guys I'm thinking of upgrading to the AP ROO 26400SO Or the 26401 in rose gold old dial. I'm a one watch guy and I assume the RG44 Would be hard to wear as a daily. Also considering the daydate40. For about the same price I could have a solid gold Rolex or a stainless steel offshore. I love the design on AP a tad bit more than the daydate. Any input would be appreciated 😅
HelloNothing much... Just wondering what do you guys think about the 26120ST Dual Time.Appreciate some pictures, reviews, and your thoughts.
Going their on holiday and there are 2 rolex Ads on the island in the market for a watch just trying to work out is it cheaper for me to get one there or here in the UK where it's about the only stainless sports watch. Does anyone know if it duty free or do I have to claim it back. Thanks for any replys
